Dates and Courses
Based on the study goal of students, level of πΩ•English and different academic background,γ∞☆ two tracks of study abroad programs©∏∞$ can be selected: English Language↔×φ Programs (ELP), and I&≈>∑nternational Guest Student Pro✔ε↔gram (IGSP). All courses are tau÷✔✘ght by Penn instructors. Of€δficial transcript and ♥attendance certificate wi¥∞ll be provided by University of Pennγ♣>πsylvania upon successful completion o£§ f the program.
English Language Programs(ELP)
The English Language Programs (ELP) of ↔>©fer courses in English as second/♥±®foreign language and oγδrientation to life in the United St≠♦₽€ates. Students can improve theirβ₩ English level, understand American societ"≤€>y and culture, strength₩₩÷εen the sense of innovation through s©tudy with students from all over the world. The $φ♣λUniversity of Pennsylvania established the Enφglish Language Programs (ELP) in the earl¥£y 1960s. Each year, more t≠ han 2,000 students from 35 coun↓₹tries study Academic English, Business English, a→€nd General English at Penn, $±γ€among which the Chinese studentβ✔±s only accounts for 7-10%. ELP provides small-cl&↕ass teaching that ma✘↑<kes sure the teaching qualδ"ity can be guaranteed, students will freq ☆φΩuently interact with theiε©♥r classmates and professors.<♥↔

International Guest Stu♠±≈dents Program(IGSP)
International Guest Students Prog≤"¥ram is the gateway for highly qualifi ↕ed international undergraλ§duate students to study one or two semesters∞© at a top-ranked Ivy Leag'π™ue university. Students will¶Ω→$ take classes alongside Penn students and have ®₹ε®access to a rich range of resources. At the c≥""®ompletion of the program, stu£ dents will receive transc↔→ripts and be awarded credits by t≥δ♦he University of Pennsylvania.
